Personalized letters are also available, either on an individual basis or as part of an ongoing program. Client can say whatever it likes in the letters and can change them at any time. All letters are individually prepared and all envelopes are hand addressed. WesternAd provides all letterheads and envelopes.

We ship cards to clients open to allow for personal signature and any appropriate insertions (business card, service special, etc.) and for local postmark.

WesternAd maintains each client’s database for 7 years. Database of customers kept current through periodic checks by National Change of Address (NCOA). Database information available to client anytime via: e-mail, CD or printout. One time mailings of letters or greeting cards are also available.
