The registration card used to report vehicle sales to us, or the dealership can generate the necessary information in any other format it finds easiest to use.
The information is reported to us by E-Mail or by fax at our toll free, 24 hour fax line, or by mail in our postage pre-paid envelopes. If reporting by mail, we will supply 4 part registration cards and the bottom two copies are mailed to us.
BIRTHDAY / SEASON'S GREETINGS / THANKSGIVING / ANNIVERSARY OF SALE CARDS
These cards are shipped to the business well in advance of the occasion. The name of the salesperson or other signer is written in the upper left corner of each envelope to accommodate easy and quick distribution. All mailings are shipped to the client open (i.e. flapped with envelope, not stuffed). Cards should be personally signed, possibly adding a personal note, and mailed along with a business card and any other appropriate insert. Cards are changed periodically so no customer receives the same card twice. All envelopes are hand addressed and, when mailed, will bear the client’s local postmark.
THANK YOU CARDS
Program often includes an immediate Thank You card.
The Thank You card and mailing envelope are forwarded to the client upon receiving a new registration in the program. All envelopes are hand-addressed. The name of the salesperson or other signer is written in the upper left corner of the envelope for easy and quick distribution. All mailings are shipped to the client open so that the signing person can personally sign, perhaps write a personal note, and insert a business card or other appropriate enclosure. Shipping to the business for mailing to its customers also assures a local postmark for additional personalization.
LETTERS / REPEAT BUSINESS REMINDERS / SATISFACTION SURVEYS
Our clients can say whatever they like in their letters. Letters can be changed any time. All letters are individually prepared and all envelopes are hand addressed. We ship letters to the client open to allow for personal signature and any appropriate insertions (business card, service special, etc.), and when mailed will bear the client’s local postmark. Repeat business reminders are included in our programs. A predetermined computer generated reminder for our clients and their sales force that it’s time to reconnect with their customers for repeat business. Satisfaction survey cards may be sent out at the beginning and at predetermined times during the business relationship - an invaluable way to identify and be in front of any issue that may affect the client’s relationship with its customers.
